My first sig CnC please

First before anyone says it I know the "render" is bad I just wanted to have a sig fully made by me so I drew out the "render" in paint and then made the background tell me what you think.

 

Not terrible for a first try, i like the smudge/glow thing on the rener, the text is awful to be honest. Its a weird size but the background isnt bad, although it doesnt fit the render.

Overall not bad for a first sig; 7/10.

Just work on text and fitting the BG to the render on this one and fix the size.

Erm backround is kinda weird
The text is unappealing. . I just don't like the colour scheme
And the green thing on his hand :X

Yeah now that i see it the green thing is kinda out of place.

 

Yeah the image\render was made in Ms-paint and that was my attempt to create his cero [attack] that he is in the anime\manga it was a pretty failed attempt but I couldn't get rid of it lol I re-did some of it and fixed a couple things let me know what you think now.

 

The background still needs work, the lens flare in the hand should be dimmer down and the one in the background is to visible, use a different MM for the BG one, you still need text work, try reading some tutorials.
