My first new signature i made myself.

It's good for being your first i guess, Try to experience alot with the filters, also try to match the colors , Background with render, Etc.. To make it blend in.
Text's can be kind of hard sometimes, atleast for me, I usually have a hard time to find a text that fits, You might not experience the same problem..
But blend in the text and look up some signature tutorials, Keep doing photoshop and obviously you will only get better!

Pretty swell for your first try, im new to making sigs to, its just a learning process. Takes some time but its not all that hard, there are alot of good tuts to help you out there to. Good luck!
