60ish Range (I can train it alot higher if necessary)
67 Mage (With DT Done)
70 HP (close to 71)
and 56 Prayer

I would pay more if you were able to supply as I don't know how I can get all of those items

You're a terrible scammer! I saved all our conversations on MSN, and took screenshots of the things you said to me ingame "oh I bought the runes but I accidentally put them in the bank using the safety DEPOSIT Box, can you tell me your bank pin", This all started when I told him I didn't have the items needed to complete the pits, so I told him I'd put 4m on the account so that he could buy the required items, I left 4m in the inventory, took screenshots and all.. he then logged on and "what's your pin?" blah blah, and then after a while of refusing to give him my pin he said this on msn:
just talk i dotn need pin
Thug: ok ty for 3,5m
Thug: oh, i am spanning saddam housain is leet
Thug: u get banned probably
Thug: 3 sSPSPSPSP
SOSOSOSOSOO
Me: dude, I had to feed my puppy
Thug: tell me your pass, wich u changed or I won't give the 3m back.

I have screenshots of all the conversations, message history saved, and fraps of the transaction, add me on msn: [email protected] if you don't believe me I'll show you it all... Admin I would like this seeing to, I may have only 2 posts but I should be as entitled to report a scoundrel as anyone else....
P.S I don't care if I get banned really, I have a life better than sitting on RS all day scamming people for fake "Firecapes"... and if you really were a "nice" person like you say you are, you'll give me back my hard earned 3.5mil, scammer...

I make an actual claim against someone and you all believe him because he has more posts than me and because he has another account he also owns to claim he is "his partner"...
