TWC still showing?

I receive a TWC for creating two accounts on the same IP, and the infraction is expired, why does it still show that its active?

 

Your TWC will remain until it is removed by an Admin / Global. They don't go away like infractions do, it'll have to be manually removed. To get this done, please continue trading, and in a months time create a TWC dispute with evidence of successful trades that you've done since.
