My F2P pure. (advice needed)

On this acc I pk in f2p only, the stats currently are:

75 combat
55 att
99 str
1 def
87 range
86 hp
31 pray
1 magic


So the question is, should I stay 1 defence or get 40?
Also, should I stay 55 attack or keep raising up? 70+ sounded nice/fun.
I've been considering because I'm level 75 and I find lots of people in rune (I usually end up running lol). Getting 40 def would get me to 85 combat.

Thoughts/opinions/advice? Thanks!

 

Don't get it defence that would be a waste of a perfectly good account, you need to get that range up. No matter what Rune pker you fight in f2p, you'll dominate with Range / 2h combo.

Getting defence would be a terrible idea, get 99 range, you won't level in combat and go own some Rune.
