RWT w/ 2 year old warning.

So I got one of the warning messages to my account when they first starting issuing them in like Feb 2022. It was months after I purchased any gold. Im a 2200+ lvl main. I didnt play at all in 2023, took a year off. Started playing again within the past month and was hoping to buy some gold. Have multi bill bank, so I have some wealth already. Anyways, with a warning message thats almost 2 years old, am I at a perm ban risk still if I were to buy some more with the right measures in place (seller has high level acct, mems world etc).. im thinking a 200-300m or buying an item if thats possibly safer. It seems as though I am really only at risk of a 3 day temp from what Ive read? Im not super into buying gp so I honestly cant imagine ever buying any more again fwiw.

 

Next will most likely be 2 day ban with wealth removal (if you leave cash stack in bank) so you should be fine

 

I saw someone receive three warning before getting a two day ban. I'm not saying you'll get that sort of luck, but it's not guaranteed that a two day ban comes next. Also, I wouldn't assume you're going to get caught this time either. Seen plenty of folks continue to RWT after resting their account and not get caught again. I would suggest that you have a significant amount of recent legitimate playtime on your account, but if you have that and trade wisely as you mentioned, you won't necessarily get caught.

 

Buying OSRS items is definetly safer then buying OSRS Gold. Although it also matters what website / vendor you are purchasing from. Make sure they use high combat level accounts and trade you in p2p worlds (although that is necessary with OSRS items).
