Direct Bank Transfer - Extra Donation Method!

I was wondering that since i live in Australia and so does Sythe, why can't Australian's do a direct bank transfer straight to Sythe?

Reason why i want this is:

1. Minimum Fees (or no fees at all if hes with the same bank as us)
2. Theres no charge back bullshit
3. Its 100% secure

I don't see why this shouldn't be allowed. Like i know it won't benefit Americans or something but maybe they could direct bank transfer into Matthews bank (i don't know where he lives, i'm assuming America) and then Matthew can forward it to Sythe.

As far as i can see it has no negative effects of doing this, if it does then please state why.


Does anyone else agree with this suggestion? It's an easy alternative to having to set up a paypal account or western union. I can't send money by mail since i don't live in America, i'm sure if i sent $10 Australian, Matthew would just be like "Wtf?". Also i wouldn't have to bother with Australian to USD conversion rates etc.

 

Hm yea good idea actually yea donations are a little harder for people outside America cause i live in new zealand and only way to donate is online banking stuff and mail... it takes about 2 weeks for them to get it by mail, thats abit to long but if we had bank transfers it'd be a lot easier.

Huh? If your saying that theres no need because Matthew handles them, well this would make it easier.

I can't be fucked donating like $10 if i have to pay $15 in fees, thats retarded. Instead i could donate $25 straight to Sythe with a $0 fee. I won't be able to claim back or anything either, so what point are you trying to make here?

 

I agreem seeing as i want to donate money to Sythe, but only have Paypal, and its disabled.

By bank transfering there can be no chargements and minimum fees, this a really good benefit for both the donater and the Sythe donations people.

i would really like this, as it would enable me to make my donations, i am waiting till Payapl donations come back, if they even do

I wholeheartedly agree... living in Newzealand and having no access to paypal or a credit card means I cannot donate at ALL.
If I could use my bank account I would be able to donate straight from my savings.... I really hope this happens

Yeah I'm with this, Paypal gives major charges and there's always a possibility the person will just claim it back, mail takes too long and post always goes missing anyway, and many people who are still under 18 can't easily access a Western Union point.

He is saying that Sythe doesn't touch the donations, Matthew is in charge of them all. So I don't think that Sythe himself would even want to be getting sent the money in the first place. So what he is saying is, Sythe doesn't handle donations. Matthew does handle donations. Therefore there is no logical reason to send the money to someone who isn't in charge of donations (Sythe). Hopefully that cleared things up for you?

All donations go to Sythe though. Matthew says he handles them and does all the fucking around with the payments then sends the money to Sythe.

With direct bank transferring, theres no stuffing around neccessary, no charge back, nothing. Or maybe make it once you put the money into Sythe's bank account, you then show the bank reciept to Matthew, that way Matthew is still in charge of it and will then be able to give you the donator rank etc.

Either way, direct bank transferring is way more simple than paypal, western union and mail. Theres less fees, its probably cheaper to bank transfer than to buy a stamp for the letter. Theres no charge back and its 100% secure, why wouldn't you want it?
