my drawings rate\hate

Well I was going through a bunch of my old shit and found a few anime drawings and it got me into wanting to draw so last night I drew this anime picture (keep in mind it's not my best but not my worst) anyways to the drawings

Yeah I have a little certificate around my house somewhere I'll find it and tell you what anime he is from. I don't think the anime ever got that famous though. (and yeah I was amazed when I won to. that pic isn't that great lol)

I hate anime shows and everything, but for a drawing, 8.5/10.

I like the first one. overall 7/10. you need to work with details and shading

 

If you say so... the first one was a pic I found of some dark crimson cloud from final fantasy 7, although the only thing that reminds me of him in my opinion is the swords. other than that it kinda looked like zack in a trench coat,

the second one is just a guy I made up for a contest and won (by the way the anime is called dragon rush)

and lastly that one I made it look cartoony because I cannot draw people realisticly anything else I can but people I cannot.

well the first one I did just the other night and I know I didn't put any time really into shading, the 2nd one they didn't want shading for some reason (not to mention if I tried back when I drew it it would prolly be 1000x worse than what it is, and I don't even remember when I did the mushroomhead one.

but yeah I agree.

 

i give 9/10 on the first one. that one is amazing.

rest are average

 

1st ones good, others suck. Also I shall post my pics up on here tomorow, thanks for the idea.

yeah looking at them now I agree but I was like in 6-7th maybe 8th grade when I drew the other ones So I had a bit of time to improve. I think I am going to draw some more after I get in the mood and post some different ones, and I will be looking forward to seeing your pics.

try to learn real anatomy etc, not just anime

 

Yes, anatomy really helps, it helps you understand the structure of the body and why things are shaded and a shaped the way they are. It really helps with free hand art when you are drawing something orignal.

 

There may be a truth in that.. but art shouldnt be so scientific.
I draw pretty well just by drawing without any anatomy
