guess who got food poisoning?

Ate at some rundown mexican restaurant on friday and today is the first day ive been able to feel semi decent to get on the PC. Any suggestions on how to get over it because i still feel shitty

 

fluid, vitamins and eat high fiber.

 

Definitely drink lots of water and eat well for the reminder of the time you have the poisoning. That sucks you got sick

I've had food poisoning before and after a couple of days I was able to start eating things like soup. I was mostly back to normal within a week, just a matter of time.

 

Coconut water and food rich in fibre and low on spice should do it.

 

Pretty much like was said above.
Focus on drinking fluids, fiber if you are still having the shits, and just take it easy. Not being able to eat anything I enjoyed for like a week sucked, couldn't even eat apples.
