Mainly stuff about how Jagex is a money hungry corporation that doesn't listen to its employees. Also the managers at Jagex are incompetent and don't care about the game's content. All they do care about is people buying member's and spins. Also, the new combat beta is supposed to render all weapons ineffective (overly balanced?).

Exactly what someone above said, this isn't exactly news to us! I would really be interested to hear more in depth though what happened with the employee being told not to ban bots. At the end of the video is mentions that we can ask him questions and he will answer in the next video, excited to hear a little bit more explained if this is real.

 

Someone already posted this earlier, it is completely fake.

The user had no substantial evidence that he was a Jagex moderator.

Hundreds of people claim they're a Jagex mod daily, anyone can make up a false story on corruption and distribute it to a public media source such as YouTube.

"Obviously he was real since Jagex took it down" that's the statement SOMEONE will retaliate with. Well... False, Jagex is contracted through YouTube and can request anything be taken down that violates their t&a. Just as music producers can their music or Dj's can their instrumental if someone doesn't post a source and copyright.

The only thing this "mod" did was win the troll of the year award.

Or you could watch the whole video, or do your research. The guy that interviewed the Jmod is a famous Youtuber. He wouldn't risk his reputation just to do this. His video was taken down shortly after it was uploaded.

Not to mention everything said by the "troll", as you call him, is all true. He just confirmed it. Everyone knew what Jagex was like, and it was all because investors want money.

Apparently someone didn't watch the entire video "hopped on his mod account" Yahok.

Even if he was a J-Mod, what would be the point of hopping on a non-mod? He could still blur the name. I can answer that question for you, because he's not a mod.

Second account or not Jagex would still monitor his second account just as hard as his mod.

Apparently someone doesn't know anything about a "contract". I'm sure he's just trying to stay out of trouble, even though I'm sure that got him in trouble. He was being smart and there is really no way Jagex could put the blame on him. Would you really be that stupid, to get a job at Jagex, and use your jmod account to make it look like you're atempting to destroy the company? Do you know how much trouble that would get you in? Obviously not.

If it came down to it, Jagex could obviously check the chat logs. If he used his Jmod account, you think they would let him off that easily?

I stated that his video was taken down shortly, basically pointing out that it was a reupload, but in the end it was originally uploaded by a famous youtuber, idiot.

Explain to me how he came up with the reason on what happened on the start of the crucible? It does make sense. If you were on Runescape at the time, you'd know it was inaccessible to majority of the RS players. Obviously because the testers messed up.

In the end, you're calling "A Friend" a troll. You're saying that someone that has spent a vast amount of time on Runescape, makes money from his videos would just troll all his subscribers to gain nothing. Please elaborate why someone in their right might would do such a stupid thing. I know you would, but not everyone is an idiot.

 

So you're claiming that since it came from a YouTuber with subscribers it must be legit? Is that what we're getting at? It couldn't be an entrepreneur trying to earn subs? No, that wouldn't make sense since it is YouTube and all...

Jagex could check his chat logs, yes, but they could also do that on his SECOND account as he claims, do you honestly believe Jagex doesn't know about his other account? It doesn't matter what account he says it on, they can easily look regardless. The only thing saying it on a mod account would do is confirm the evidence and we wouldn't be having this discussion but since it came from YouTube the source must be extremely reliable.
