    need help with my laptop.

    windows 7 Ultimate. sager laptop, i7 3740qm dual channel 1800mhz 4gb memory (i think 1800), 7200rpm 500gb hardrive.

wierdly enough it started when i installed epic bot and tribot. rarely my computer crashes to a blue screen with some kind of information or w/e on it, i dont know what it is. it hastn happened recently nor has it freezing at the destop screen (no icons just the default blue color). sometimes itll load the desktop real slowly, when brand new it would load quite quick.

I used to be able to run 3 or 4 epic bot bots (this is while it seemed to be acting up). now im lucky sometimes if I get one. ive scanned multiple times with paid norton antivirus but it doesnt find anything but 9-30 trojans,or whatevr programs about every day maybe more if i scanned more often, but only when i use the internet and/or tribot or epicbot. i had microsoft security essentials and avg at one point, avg found some things, not sure if they were the same as norton but i couldnt remove with avg cus i dint pay for it it was the free version. securitty essentials didnt do anything norton didnt do. malwarbytes isnt doing it either. I use the ccleaner from piriform.com, clean everything i could, other than the 2 unused norton things that doesnt seem to go away..... ive gone through and deleted some files (whether or not it was the entire thing is unknown) that i dont know what thy are or didnt need cus im getting desperate and am removing things that i dont really need even though it would be nice to have them.

ive been through my control panel uninstall(and cclean uninstall) and have removed a program or two that doesnt seem to want to go away (privitizeVPN) is one that should be uninstalled but is still on my laptop, i uninstalled it AND deleted it and its still hidden somewhere. i have a folder or two that I am not allowed to delete even though i am the admin on my laptop.. wtf.

I dont know what to do, please help me.

If you can, I'd highly recommend just starting from a clean slate and simply re-installing windows. that'd be my first course of action. You could very possibly have corrupt files somewhere causing you to crash.

if that didnt do the trick, on to the next test:
Did you install the RAM yourself? some models of sager notebooks are known to not be very happy with ram that has extremely low latency(memory timings), so if you bought the ram yourself, perhaps the laptop is simply not cooperating with the RAM you've installed. If it's using the factory-installed RAM, then it's hard to place the blame on that, but it is possible that the original ram could be faulty. It's happened to me before on a lenovo laptop I had in the past...
My suggestion if you can, is to install memtest86+ and run it for as long as the computer can run it. If it reports a bunch of errors...you should replace your RAM. if your computer BSOD's when running it, then install the bootable version of it. When you restart your computer, it'll give you the option to boot windows or boot memtest. Boot memtest and run it. once again, you don't want to see many(preferably none) errors.

EDIT: just looked thru your previous threads and found the thread from when you bought the laptop. after looking at the details on ur model, it's unlikely that its an incompatiblity issue with your ram due to timings unless you upgraded it yourself. I've yet to hear of 1600 mhz ram giving compatibility issues, but HAVE seen it be faulty first-hand...so don't rule that out. after formatting your computer, if the problem persists then you should run memtest.

    Nice laptop, btw.
