my comp keeps making grinding noises

um, my comps really old, and when I tried to start it up today it said something about cpu and fan failing and that i should get it serviced immediately. the third try it started up, so im really confused, but now it keeps making grinding noises on and off..

Grinding useually means your hard drive is going to fail. But if it says your CPU fan is broken turn off your computer until you get a new one.
