my buying mills problem??

hi, i currently have a fairly large problem. i want to buy some runescape 2 millions, not much mabe 5mil max. theres just a few things wrong with that

they are:
im only 16 so i dont have a credit card
my mum would never buy any with her credit card
i live in australia and hardly any free money sites work out of U.S.A

now, does anybody have a way around the those problems or can u suggest a way to get the mills without using my mums credit card without her knowing (lol id get caught) ant help is greatly apreciated thnx alot
