    Photoshop tutorial "Basic Signature"

    Photoshop tutorial [Signature "Basic"]
    Program used: photoshop CS4
    Difficulty: 1 & a brain

    Info
Making a signature could mean, you're showing your skill to people, also a signature could be a decoration for your profile.
Making a basic signature is very simple. So today i'll be teaching you how to make one.
This signature will look great, but will be easy to make.
    So LET'S START!

    Open a new file (500 Weigh - 200 Height)
And open your render, in my case im using This one, paste it on the signature, it should make a new layer automaticly, if not, make a new layer and paste it there. (Layer > New > Layer)
Now it should look something like this.

Now, pick the red color and the skin color with the eyedropper tool.

Once you've the colors picked, on the bottom layer, fill it with the skin color.
Once you've done that, go to filter > render > Clouds.

    Now, duplicate the mushroom layer.
To do that you should right click on the mushroom layer, and find duplicate layer.

Once you've duplicated the layer, take the smudge tool with a hard brush (Small one) take the hard brush and choose this size:- 19Px

And smudge the bottom layer (mushroom one), don't forget to remove the visible eye of the above layer.

Smudge the mushroom like shown on the screenshot.

And change it to linear dodge on the blending effects.

Now make visible the mushroom above, and smudge it like shown on the next screen shot.

Now duplicate the layer (main mushroom) and smudge like shown on the next screenshot. remember, disable the visible layer above the one you'll smudge

    Smudge:

Once you smudge it, make it linear dodge, and make visible the layer above.
It'll look something like the screenshot above.
Now change the opacity of the mushroom above everything to:
    "76 Opacity"
It'll look something like this. (won't change alot).

Now duplicate the background layer, and make what i do on the screenshots.
Go to filter > Distort > Ripple, and use this settings to make a cool background and make a cooler signature

    Settings:

Now, go to filter > Distort > Wave.

    And use this settings:

    Outcome [Empty]

    Hoped you liked it

Yeah you should try it with the picture he uses first if you can find it and then get your own. I'll try this right now and post my result soon :)

EDIT: Link to the picture he uses: http://planetrenders.net/renders/displayimage.php?pid=19609&fullsize=1
But when you open that picture in Photoshop just erase the little golden picture in the corner.
