My ban dispute

I posted a warez link twice. After the second time I was notified it's against the rules, so I removed it. At this point in time I had already forgotten about the previous warez link I posted and so I forgot to remove it.

Why did I post them? I was trying to help someone out, not realizing it was against the rules.

If the rule is in place to protect the owner of the site (sythe), and is punishable by a 1 month ban, why were my warez links not removed following my ban? The only person to care enough about the rule was me, because after I was notified that it's against the rules, I immediately removed the link I remembered posting. However, blade bro in my "scam report" linked to another warez link that I had forgotten about. After being banned, FireZ didn't even remove the post containing the warez link, therefore the rule is frivolous. (inb4 it's removed after seeing this)

• I was trying to help members.
• The link(s) weren't a big deal, I removed immediately.
• Everyone I talked to agreed the ban was overzealously handled and unwarrented.
