    So,

This is my tobbaco plants blog, I made one especially for them, and to show you guys ;).

Pretty simple, went on trademe (Nz's eBay) Looking around, found some "Tobbaco Seeds" So I was like OMFG WTF LUL, and I brought a couple of different types for $5.50 per packet (500-1000 seeds). I brought some of the "High-Yield" type, which basically grows high and skinny, and also some "Virginia" seeds which are short and fat. I have planted them in our seperate double-garage out the back (Nothing in there except for my plants and shit). They are currently in Peat Pellets, which basically help the growth by giving them the right type of soil, and also keep in moisture so they don't get thirsty (You weed-growers may want to try them ;P). I will update this every few days or so, I have to wait to get my camera back (should be in the next couple of days) to go out and take some of my plants (The ones atm are just of my webcam).

    2nd May//

On the 2nd of may, I planted my first batch of tobbaco seeds. I used 60 Peat Pellets and put 3-4 seeds in each Pellet as advised. I also put a packet into a seedling tray (About 10inches Square (500 Seeds)) which would of been a few to much but later on I will transplant them, hopefully not causing any Transplant Shock.

    7th May//

From what I can remember the first ones were sprouting, only about 20 of them in the Peat Pellets that had a seperate cover over them. The ones that I had kept in the full dark had no sign of sprouting at all. The seedling tray was way to wet, so I had to water that out, may of killed some of the seeds from germinating.

    14th May//

Tonight I went out and I am starting to see about 20-30 sprouts in the seedling tray which is good. The bad news is that in several of the Peat Pellets, I have dropped a few more seeds than I should of, some Pellets have about 10 plants about 2-3cm high, which I will need to move soon but do not want to risk it yet as of Transplant Shock. The season started last month, but there have been several frosts, I am yet to order my Frost-Cover from the Gardening Centre, which I will put over my plants overnight to protect from frosts (Once I plant them outside)

I have also tried Germinating them like you would with Marijuana, no success though as I think they may need a little light. I have done the handy-towel technique with the gladwrap over the plate to contain the Heat, they have been in the hot-water cupboard for about 38 hours now, Don't have much belief that they will grow though.

Any constructive criticism or feedback is welcome, please do not rage and QQ about it being poisonous and not to smoke it. Google it or w.e ask your local garden centre, its 100% safe, it's less poisonous than the stuff you buy from shops as they add all the poisons into the cigarette.
