Computer Gets Error Message!

When i try to connect to Sythe from home it gives me some silly 'acape error' or something. I have never been banned on sythe or had any other accounts. I can only access sythe through proxy or at work. I know you have blocked Jagex with the error but why me?

Any way for this to get fixed?
