    EDIT:

    Now they have locked the wrong account lol. They locked the account I was logged into on the RSOF. I posted all info of old account on the thread and they locked the wrong account lol, trying to get my old account but dont know the email of it. How can I log onto the RSOF to get my old acc back if i dont know the password lol. Just unlocked the account they incorrectly locked, what do I need to do to be able to recover my old account?

    What's the question you're asking? There's a few in your post and its hard to gather what you're trying to be specific about.

    Sorry about that. Well I want them to give me an account appeal for my old account not the account i posted on the RSOF with lol, I cant see how they got confused

    You can't just ask Jagex for an appeal in the forums, if you do they'll take forever to reply if they even do. You'll have to submit an appeal form. Considering you don't know the email and can't access the rest of the appeal section, you should try emailing Jagex instead of posting on their forum. You'll have to sit it out, though. That's just my best guess, I've always kept track of my emails and passwords, so I don't know much about recovering an account.

    When you say that you don't know the email, are you forgetting the username or just the email you registered on the account?

    If you have forgotten the username, they can't give that out (when it's an email) due to data protection.

    If its the registered email, your best bet is still posting on the forums...they take aaaages to reply to emails.

    Maybe make a throwaway account to post with?

    Just e-mail [email protected] with the username of the account you want recovered, and submit all the recovery info you have on it, and they'll either give it back to you or remove the email on the account and let you submit a manual recovery.
