My account has two factor auth

My account of many years now, pur3bloody has two factor authentication on it and I cannot log in. I quit gaming nearly a year ago so haven't really been on sythe so haven't tried to recover it yet.. But yeah, is there anything we can do for my account? I know the password and such... Just don't have the two factor because I got a new phone this summer. Thanks.

Two Factor Authentication removal options:

1. Enter your long 2FA backup code that you were prompted to keep when setting up 2FA where you would normally enter your short codes.
2. Add an Administrator on Skype (mine is Live:davefromsythe and full staff listing can be found here: http://www.sythe.org/showgroups.php) if you have a Sythe Verified User rank or a Direct Paypal Donation ID.
3. Email [email protected] with as many of the following that apply to you:
   • SVU (Sythe verified user) phone number.
   • Your last IP address (you can check this here).
   • Donation ID's on your Paypal receipt(s).
   • Recovery phrase

Numerous people have still not written down their two factor backup code and put it in their wallets.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BACKUP CODE AND YOU ARE ON TWO FACTOR PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Disable two factor
2. Re-enable two factor
3. WRITE DOWN THE BACKUP CODE YOU ARE GIVEN
4. For extra account security we recommend becoming a Sythe Verified User

Consider what will happen if you lose your phone tomorrow or your harddrive gets wiped. How will you regain access to your sythe account? Don't email me with "I need two factor removed but I'm not SVU and I don't have my backup coode." I will email you back to say "Too bad. Sorry for your loss."
