    this is the post "im acussing the guy" and when infraction was put, today the guy was already ban that make no sense

    i only was saying to dont trade to that guy he is a scammer

    the account that the guy scam me. it was via pm and i know, is my fault but he still a scammer or im wrong ?

    I think wrong infraction by tyro !!!!
    You are not allowed to accuse someone of scamming unless YOU have sufficient evidence to prove it. If you don't have evidence, it's his word against yours, which gets us no where. In this case, you did not have evidence so support your accusations, therefore the infraction is warranted.
