Frantic 1990s area 51 caller *VERY STRANGE*

Tldr: sometime in the 1990s someone called a radio show and frantically explained that the goverment knows about the existence of aliens. He goes on to explain that "they" are about to quickly triangulate his location. The call gets dropped and the radio station goes down, but restores on back up generators.
The question is, can you believe what he is talking about?
