I was banned for ban evading...

I THINK i was banned for making a new account after being banned for scamming. First off, why is this against the rules? Secondly, WHY DID U NOT BAN ME AS SOON AS I MADE THE NEW ACCOUNT? IF you had, that would be fine. BUT, you waited until now to do it. But guess what? I'm a pretty trusted trainer now and no one that I've dealt with in the past 7 months that I've had this account would tell you that ii' anything but an efficient, trustworthy trainer. SO WHY BAN AN EFFICIENT, TRUSTWORTHY, TRAINER?
