Your opinion on the ease of the new Twilight Heroics

I went back today and tried to run some of the old Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub heroics to try and get a friend geared up and noticed how much more difficult these heroics are than the one's I normally run.

What are your opinions on this? Do you think Blizzard made the Twilight Heroics simple so people could obtain gear that was good enough to defeat the "main boss" of the expansion?

 

I totally agree with you, stuff is just getting easier and easier and it's frustrating... I think they're speeding it all up too much. Cataclysm feels like it's only been around for a day, yet we've all already killed Deathwing. I was so much more into wotlk because of the sense of acomplishment you got off downing the LK for the first time, I got nowhere near as much off of killing Deathwing.

Also, these new heroics seem to always 'buff' you so that everybody is doing stupid damage. It's not like you can use them as a reflection of your dps against other players anymore.

 

The new content is definitely too easy. It's a shame, because if they made it challenging then it'd be a lot more fun.

 

Killing D.W. was so easy a caveman could do it ._.

I feel this way aswell- the LK fight was so much more personal (in that you were fighting him and he was swinging back at you) and epic then the Deathwing encounters have been

 

I felt the same. When I was killing DW, it didn't feel the same. I felt that smaller groups to kill bosses meant a lot more to me.

 

The whole aspect of us helping Thrall DW kind of belittles the feat.
