    They recover your account and mod it to your desired stats/prestige. They overprice is a lot.(50$+)

    You might want to look for a modding clan, I was a part of one back when MW2 was popular.

    You might also want to look into boosting.

    How would I find one of these?

    I'm thinking of doing the recovery thing but all the people I've seen doing it charge like $50
