Its restricted by region to UK.

I just sent 40$ to him, but i didnt send me the key. I'm waiting for the key but i think he scammed me.

I tried with 4 free socks5 US proxies and 1 VPN socks5 US proxy - same. Dunno why is not workin', but maybe in your region will work.
