Never made an account here,

I've never made an account here but every time I try to make one it says my IP has been used before for an account named "froghead" I have never used or been associated with this username I go by "jvester" or "Envy Me". I was wondering how to go about getting this reset so I can make myself an account.

 

I just noticed a thread telling me how to get an account if it tells me I've made one before. I am making this post to give the correct information.
