URGENT Paypal Unauthorized claims - how do I win?

I was stuck with two unauthorized claims two nights ago and this morning. Each of the payments included notes.
-$275 "For virtual items I have already received, I have no need to ever dispute this transaction.. Sent using the PayPal Mobile application."
-$70 "paying for item i already receivethanks"


So they both included the note and I'm sure they both didn't use a VPN to get a different IP and claim unauthorized. What do I do to win my money back?

 

Posting any type of proof will always helps your dispute and might possible let you win. For proof - sending msn chat logs is the only proof I think you would have.

Do you know if they sent it as gift?

 

Both were sent as gift with required note saying something about already receiving the virtual items.

as for the unauthorized claims im not sure how to help you there... just say they included in the note that they had already received the items? idk

You don't lose that way...

 

They will ask for proof (tracking) if you do the above ^ don't post if you don't know how. You have a low chance of winning, paypal doesn't cover intangible goods- your best bet if you want any money back is to call paypal and rage at them for hours, it worked for me, though I didn't get all of the money back.

 

I could try that.. I mean they both included notes saying they received the items and have no reason to dispute. But if they fail I will call them.

I think I'm just going to be using Playerauctions for all future paypal sales.. I wish I could use WU I'm almost positive my nearest place is 30 minutes away - too far to be selling gold on a daily basis.

 

You should win if they left note's, just make sure you let paypal know about them.

 

Not all the time. I usually lost when they didn't send it as a gift with a note.

 

Hardly happened to me maybe once or twice i only lost once but usually call paypal and give them a bullshit story about how you found out that, that person has been scamming multiple people doing this n that and if they have done it to multiple people they'll see it gl.

 

Okay, thanks for the advice. They all left notes and I let Paypal know about them, so it should work..

 

Notes do not matter at all for the following reasons:

1. unauthorized= claiming that their paypal was hacked (they might have used a hacked paypal aswell and the claim is valid)
2. paypal does not support virtual good trading

 

I am in a similar situation. As with all my trades, I recorded about a 10 min video showing the entire conversation and trade. I ran through the video and took screen shots of various key events that prove the goods were delivered, about 21 photos total. Some of the photos were of the MSN conversation during the transaction. Others included the RS trade being made AND another showing it was accepted. After the dispute was filed, I confronted the seller on their MSN. They claimed they smoked a lot of weed, and couldn't remember trading with me or even filing a charge back. I submitted those images to Paypal as well. One photo showed three different screens confirming the user I talked to was banned on Sythe on MULTIPLE accounts. I am wondering what my chances of winning are?

 

Well, that looks like it would be sufficient, but I'm not sure how Paypal really works.

And as for the unauthorized claim, they could just check the IP of the user to prove it's them?

 

This, pretty much. I'd suggest switching agents(saying thanks, bye) frequently. It's the luck of the draw as to what certain agents will and won't do.

If I'm not mistaken the person is from US. He is trying to claim back a payment from me too. He wrote me an email saying he doesnt own the Mobile phone that the money was sent from. So basically he borrowed a phone then claimed to have been hacked.
