Musical Impressions Scammer/Ban Evader?

I was looking for an account to buy and I came across Musical Impressions Account Shop thread. Upon looking through his accounts, I noticed something very shocking: he was selling an account that I bought (now recovered) from a different user, I Fatality I, who is now banned. So, I'm not 100% sure if they're the same person, but this seems rather fishy nonetheless.

Take a look at both of the threads. Notice the similar formats, especially with the titles? Also, several of the accounts that are on both threads are very similar, especially in terms of stats. Below is one that I found.

When you click on the links above, you will see that both users are selling a level 71 account. The accounts in both threads have the EXACT same stats: 753 total level and 2 quest points. Coincidence? I think not.

The account that I bought from I Fatality I was originally a level 106 main with 99 str and 99 wc. However, I trained the account and got it up to level 125 (118 f2p). It now has 99 constitution and 82 dung, both of which I purchased through skilling services from Soxfan444 and FibOfAllFibs, respectively. I'm sure they will remember doing my orders. Ask them, they can vouch for me.

On pg. 15 of the thread, I place my order of 90-99 hp, and on pg. 16, I vouch him for completing it.

On pg. 7, I place my order of 80 dung and vouch him for completing it as well. NOTE: the dung level is 82 because I ordered 80-85 dung from EpicGoldShop (proof: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1167485&page=4), but I canceled the order after I found out that he is a scammer.

Anyways, below is a link to Musical Impressions' level 125 account selling thread. This is the account that I bought from I Fatality I back when it was level 106. It's 125 now as a result of me training on the account as well as completed skilling services from Soxfan444 and FibOfAllFibs.

Like I said before, I'm not 100% sure if Musical Impressions and I Fatality I are the same person. This is also why I wasn't sure whether to put this in the "Report A Scammer" or "Report A Ban Evader" section. Anyways, this seems really fishy and I just had to investigate. I just don't want any more people to get scammed.
