    This seems like just a coincidence to me. Reason why I can't see them being the same user is because the IP match is a proxy, and one lives in the US / one lives in EU. The vouch phrasing / suggestion post in similar markets are good to have listed, but like I said it just seems too coincidental. If they both offered those services rather than just one then I'd have more information to potentially go off as I could compare the accounts, however I don't, and with what I've looked at / you have provided I don't think it's enough. If you find more information, then feel free to create another report. Thanks for reporting this nonetheless.
