Banned for no reason by Ghast

Sorry, i did not even understand at first, why my account got banned. But then i got into the reason. I have sold my rs acount a while ago and it had my current mail as login name. The guy i sold my acc to has recovered (?) the account and some guy reported me. How can i be responsible for him doing that? There is no proof at all i mean did you atleast compare ips? So if person A buys person B's and person B resells and scams person A also gets banned???

Original post, since I can't reply to the topic I made.

The account that has apparently got me banned, was sold by me almost 2 years ago on PlayerAuctions. After that, I had no access to the account itself, here is some proof of when I sold the account when it was still pure (take into account that it was almost 2 years ago, so the stats aren't the same)




I really think that this ban has been unjustified and should be revoked.

I do not know Talon and haven't spoken with him directly before. You can do an IP check if you feel like it.

 

That doesn't prove anything really. TalonsGP claims to be the original owners of all the accounts he sells (could be a lie), and says he will be giving the original email of the account to whoever buys (don't think this is a lie).

It doesn't state in the report that he recovered the account, it was more so he was unable to do so himself, which is often the case with users who resell accounts that don't originally belong to them.

He also claims that no one but him would be able to recover the account, which is a lie because you're the original owner, and by such, should be able to recover the account as well.

Calling you Talons would be a definite stretch, and the situation itself is a mindfuck. I don't have much evidence to keep you banned, or at least hold you accountable for anything so I'll go ahead and request your unban.
