    each of these accounts are new to the graphics section, use the same elements and tools to create their work, have no history on any other forums, and have some experience that shows in their example. its too much of a coincidence for all of these accounts to join in such a short time with all of these factors. its a joke that it has been allowed as long as it is, and something needs to be figured out to solve this problem as the users doing this know that staff won't do anything because they don't believe there is enough proof.

    If you have proof these people are the same please report it. I went ahead and checked all the above threads locations to see if they were similar at all. Unless all of these users jump on a plane to different countries to post here on Sythe then its not possible for them to be the same person. Of all of the accounts/threads you linked, only two users are similar location wise. In this case, it is the same person though he lost access to his older account so made a new one, which is why that account hasn't been online in a month +. Again, feel free to report anyone if you have the proof, because we can't just ban or punish people for "using the same elements and tools"
