Dungeoneering advice

So i have an acct with 80 dung, but i literally did not of it myself. Played a friends WoW acct to 2200 to get him t2 as im a glad. Sadly this friend quit rs months back and refuses to do it anymore -_-

i started a "new" acct, a rune turm pure. Maxed cb stats minus 80 atk and 90 hp. And some various higher lvl skiller stats.

ive done a few by myself kind of understand the general settings etc... im 10 dung atm. Questions are, what are the things i should be doing in the dung? i have 99 smith, buy ores? how should i approach the fighting, whats the best stuff to use?
