Explanation: I joined Primal in November last year and have worked 16 hours per day on many occasions. I created the discord bot for them (sapphire dropdown), managed channels, managed account inventory, managed OSRS 14d mem codes and lot of other things in server like rank sorting, handling tickets and view only website for PrimalRS Prices.

I was let go on May 27th cuz of an internal dispute regarding a promotion. That being said, the pay for May took me begging for 4 days for the salary for that month and with no proper communication.
When I asked about the $500 refund for deposit both Staked (Co-Owner) and Primal said they will hold it for 4 weeks as per stated in their TOS. I agreed and told Primal I will talk to him after 4 weeks.

After this when I approached Primal about the deposit, he said the accounts inventory has not been handed over and he will not give my deposit. (the point to note here is, I manage the account inventory on an app called Notion, he has FULL ACCESS to this since the day I created it (more in the proof)).

I got so frustrated at this point that I woke up at 12:30am and made him an excel within 1 hour which he demanded. Since then he says the account info logins are all banned and some are wrong.
(note - these accounts were created by other builders in the server, i merely managed the process of keeping them listed properly. Nothing has been changed from my side.)

The day I was let go in Primal, since then I have left OSRS with 1.2-1.5B sitting in my main account and have never bothered to check. If I go log in my main rn it will say 3 months or something since last login. I used to bot Using hydra plugins but small activities like minnows and BF and stuff.

Primal keeps accusing me of using bots on the accounts (most of the accounts were revs and zulrahs and gmauler) of which I never ran both of these activities. Futhermore with no proof that it was not me (it can be that builders themselves changed pass because passwords were never changed and it was not my job top change password for 100s of accounts)

Note- This has been previously happened that one of the builders who created the accounts logged in Vyre Thievers and took all money. But instead Primal blames me for them and is not returning my depsoit.

Some points to consider for Admins-
- I am a designer with a grad degree, I have my job to attend and this matter taking up a lot of time, let along to bot with those accounts.
- Lets hypothetically say I wanted to scam those accounts, would it not make sense for me to do so after the deposit was paid? I aint an idiot.
- Primal says I had access to the accounts, a totally incorrect statement, he had access (full access) since the day I created that page in Notion.
- I recently changed his access a week ago from Full access to > View only because to stop anything from the page in case he decided to delete and put the blame on me.
- When asked on 2 occassions " what kind of accounts are banned?" as to see which builder might be responsible, I got no answer.
- Even after begging for a reply for 2-3 days, I literally have to request him to give MY money which he fails to do so.
- I could not care less about the $500, what annoys me is that I wanted to buy an XBox X this prime sale and I missed the opportunity to do so. I have tried my best to solve this matter in DMS before I am posting here on Sythe.
- I do not use sythe much and have almost zero knowledge, it was a big step for me to finally come here and make my request.
- I know they have sythe admins as friends, but I request to just see this matter logically, Primal accusing me with 0 proof of I did something is totally wrong.
- I can provide my PC logs of when I last accessed OSRS or anything related to it. I am a tribot user and have never purchased any zulrah or rev script (worked on REV script for Dentist before but that was 3-5 months ago for a project).

(I will be uploading complete video proof of my discord and notion since screenshot will take a ton of time.)

Just to clarify for Admins, Primal here is super good with words, just so we do not loose track of objective, in the discord chat he has said multiple times how "I was the one holding accounts/I was the only one with access". While the notion I shared with Mods shows that the claim is total bs.

after having a close look into the accounts you have finally returned after 1+ month:

over 90 logins were sent
out of these 90, 26 were left "valid" or "not banned"
without too much research, out of the 26 "valid" accounts, at least 9 have been botted on (based on random bank values and stat increases from when the built was finished, which are in line of the purpose of the accounts)
others would need spot checking to be 100% sure and likely have temp bans on them.

the total value of the lost accounts exceeds 1000$ PURCHASE VALUE this is not considering lost resale profits.

20+ zulrah (80s)
20+ revs (60 ranged)
15+ revs (70 ranged)
5+ mage pures (95 mage 1 def)
+misc

considering that you were the one having them in your "notion" which none of us could properly access or knew how to work with it, even after we mentioned multiple times that we dislike the system, you decided to keep them there.

when you left, you did not properly hand over the system or transferred it to a system usable by all of us, which you showed, suddenly was not an issue afterwards

now, over a month later we are left with a load of banned (for botting) or botted accounts, which have 0 or near 0 value.


We have another, rather long, list of reasons i could go over, however; for the sake of everyone's time and sanity we presume that this is enough damage suffered showcased to warrant not paying out this to cover our damages.

Initially to avoid a whole lot of hassle on our end, we decided to cut our losses and go our separate ways, putting things as a loss in our books.
considering @ChanaMasala decided to turn this into a unneeded hassle from our end, i'd like to ask Sythe staff if we can reasonably claim the full value of losses on @ChanaMasala
later today i'll take the time to get an exact value on the lost accounts, with an added estimated value for resale or "lost profits"

 

Ah lets see...
First of all for admins, this "account creation venture" was Primal's idea about using Vennys to create accounts and sell at a high price which I absolutely loved and took upon myself to manage it cuz it will create big profits. Stakebaked (the other owner) has said many time that this is stupid and to shut it down cuz it was a money sink if the accounts were not actually selling (cant provide proof since I do not have access to admin chat now). What I can ask admins to check this is true is ask for their sellpass website and verify with its data values on the backhand to see how many accounts were sold (less than 10% of created accounts) to customers, again proving my point because since this was a failed/disliked venture, these guys tryna dump on me. That being said, these guys are now trying to cut their losses by my deposit for no reason.

Let us assume that this is incorrect and I am just spewing nonsense. I will ask the admins to read carefully my complete discord convo each line.

I will now address the points he mentioned and try to counter them (with proof in discord video/or at least try to, unlike primal here just blabbering) -

- Botting community knows, you go big or go home, after I left primal/ kicked out, I had no interest in anything related to osrs, I can provide a few screenshots I think you guys should see. Lets say I botted them (whihc i did not), i already have my stock of own accounts I buy from a verified seller Damaged, and still have some of those in stock, but even those have not been used for a long time, why will i go out of my way to bot on accounts which are not mine and endanger my deposit.

- As far as "none of us could access", notion is by far a way way superior app for keeping things like these in a fair medium (also it looks pretty kekw, instead of those old excels lol). I am not sure what "properly access means" but to this day, he on his [email protected] has the permission to view it a 100%, I have proof which I already shared, he is a 100% stating a false fact here (a 100% false statement).

- Admins should check the discord chat again here, when I asked if they "needed help with accounts shifting or anything related to that", primal never told me to convert them in an excel, a sane man will assume that by meaning "transfer" one is able to edit and stuff in notion which he already can do, it is when i came to ask my money a week ago he started saying he wanted excel (mods can confirm), of which I did it in 1 hour in middle of night because at this point I was 90% sure he is trying to delay my money and not give it to me.

- As for the amount of accounts he states here, I am once again ready to share the complete notion of some of those values are incorrect themselves! 20+ zulrahs lol, I never had that much stock when I left. If mods demand of me, I can send another video of notion which accounts n stuff, but on the risk of exposing the mails and email, mods can decide themselves which is better (I work in notion cuz its much much easier to work on (difficult to setup, which I did)).

Even after all this, I have no more proof to show for whatever he says after this point, its my word against his. I have provided to my best ability to what I believed to be the truth. Look at it from my prespective, I was busy playing other games, never launched osrs on ANY account and when I come to claim my money this bs happens.

As for proof of "that I left osrs or anything to do with rs", i will update in my google drive link of some people asking me about the status or trying to buy gold from me.

I worked in primal so hard, i created and helped with many thing, you can ask many of the customers there directly and they will only tell u good things about me (i hope lol), but this is like scam man. I do not care about $500 or whatever, I pursued the case here (if i am honest) to see how it turns out and get a lesson in life to trust the wrong people.

The stock had "sellpass" marked meaning I am not sure if those are sold on now because they were listed on your sellpass and my access was rebvoked, they should technically be marked as sold but ok lol. Anways, I have nothing more to show/say regarding the matter, ty.

in addition, the terms you agreed to specifically required you to keep ACCURATE and COMPLETE logs of every single transaction you made, including accurate DM's, screenshots and logs where needed.

considering you sent us a total of 27 zulrah accounts on the spreadsheet - where are the other ones?
or, why did i pay for 13 zulrahs that may have never existed?
Assuming that you're still holding on to all this data, please do provide the proper logs, since we need these in case of aftersales issues.

even if we do this and assume they are sold, missing logs mentioned above to fully update our administration here.

I see... Lets counter this as well.
- The screenshot he provided is a little more than a month old since I left, those accounts were marked sold iirc.
- I can provide proof of whatever I say, but of all the points I said, the only counter he comes with is that.
- The main point still remains, "you had full access to everything since the beginning".
- I like the admins to take actions quickly, Primal just moves within words, I stated everything correctly before, those accounts are marked sold, let me show u.

I have uploaded my latest notion, it is my fault for not showing the "sold" list as well, mb. In history it shows "changes made" that was when I created a sample to show mods how notion card opens up. Even after resotring to previous version the sold accounts are still there (they were always there, I like to organise stuff.) All of the sold accounts are with ticket numbers inside primal server and with discord tag of who bought them.

This proof again completely shreds what primal just accused me of above, at this point I think it should be clear who is being taken advantage of here lol. A newcomer against a person who donated and has mod friends in Sythe.

At this point this thread should be locked down and whatever here is spoken here should be analized, he keeps coming with random claims and stuff, before it was "he didnt have access" the it was "not properly transferred" now it is "the stock is given wrong"

A quick update, just as of a minute ago, while Primal is viewing this thread, his notion account is deleted and I am giving access to Phantom (mod/admin) cuz I got a discord dm.

Trying to delete his account makes him look more guilt lol, not sure what he is trying to do here.

Let me get this straight you got this mail on March 1st, and just to clarify, suddenly today you decided to log on it and you account just showed me "deleted user", hmm what a coincidence.

- Admins please note, the version he is trying to access has long been deleted cuz that mail is sent on march, the one I made the page is in april 9th, and the name of page is not PrimalRS Account Inventory but "ACCOUNT INVENTORY", can check in the proof I provided. He is trying to mislead everyone by showing the page I created way before this, which is now deleted cuz I updated it to a new one. In the screenshot which he sent above, the one where I am telling him the list of stock account he says,
"is there a way to get that easy overview", meaning he was viewing it on that day, after that I altered some changes and made it. His own proof proves it. He had access to it that day when he asked me for an overview page because that day he was online on it and checking.

Today he deleted his notion I think and is playing innocent. I do not want to go on unnecessary debates back on fort, I do not have time for this. I have literally countered his every fucking single point (with 100% solid proof).
