What information do I need to recover acc without recoverys.

This is for an acc I'm buying I wish to find out how to recover an acc without the recoverys. I'm buying members straight after I buy it and I'm being given all the information to the acc.

MemberShip Pin(If Your paying MemberShip by Phone), Agreement Number(By Credit Card).

That's about it and set Recovery's after You buy the Account.

Here is what you need to recover an account:

First Passwords
First P2P transaction Id's or Phone pins
First IP address when the account was made
First Internet Provider when the account was made
Your Country of when the account was made
Your State/Province of when the account was made
Your City in which the account was made
And your zip code

because mine is only locked because they think i got hacked.
