Possible ban evader/scammer -

Hello,

KVSteamGod, added me just awhile ago and asked me if I were able to MM his 500M+ trade. He tells me to PM him (to get proof that I am not an imposter) -
At first, I hesitate to send him a PM, as I do things in order (PMing, comes right before we start the trade). He completely ignores what I tell him, asks me again. This time, I ask him to post (even though I haven't seen the other party) so that I will be able to PM him.

Note: I ask for a specific format, and he ignores that.

After I sent him a PM, I ask him again to add the other party but he decides to ignore that part and asks me for my trade method. When I demand to ask him about the other trader, he simply goes offline.
