1400 MSP is Canadian, 1600 is US. Therefore, I cannot use your code.

I know how to use US codes on CA Accounts and Vice Versa.

 

If you're talking about switching the country, you can only do that like once every 12 months, and if I switch from Canada to US, I can't download any DLC.

 

Its not like that. That doesn't even work most of the time due to specific regions only being available.
