    Vegans?

I don't understand some things about vegans. Like how there not allowed to eat eggs. A hen is gonna lay an egg no matter what, and if that egg is unfertilized then there's no way any life that could come from that egg.
Isn't shooting a dear in the lungs and having a few seconds of unbelievable pain better than having a pack of wolves eat that alive? There isn't anything unnatural with eating animals. When did we stop becoming animals? The only unnatural thing about it is the way we perceive it.

It's just their opinion man. Nothing you can do to change how someone else feels. If it isn't affecting you, just move on.

Deer don't suffer "unbelievable pain" when they are killed humanley, but it's a persons lifestyle choice. However, I don't understand about eggs because it's not like hens don't want to lay them (like animals "don't want to be killed and eaten").

I don't think it's fair to say that it's "unnatural" about the way vegan percieve their food. If anything it's "kind".

They dislike it because of the way animals are treated... They live horrible lives. Stuffed in tiny cages, etc...

    Example:

My point starts at around 2:30, if you dont want to watch the whole thing.

I'm sure many of them dislike the way hens are kept in cages and breed by the thousands just to produce eggs.

Well that could be argued with free range chickens/eggs, that are given by far alot better quality of life compared to other chickens, and are killed/kept humanely, although not every vegan follows specific rules on what to eat and what not to eat, everyones gonna have their opinion on what they think is right to eat and not.

I myself tried to not eat any meat or meat based products, after seeing a documentry called kill it cook it eat it on bbc3, i lasted just over half a year, i do think its wrong to eat animals when were at a stage where we don't need to, all our nutritional needs can be sufficed with processed foods and fruit/vegetables and meat substitutes. Although it is hard to give up meat, i was eating a brand of fake meat called quorn, it had everything from chicken pieces to beef burgers[no meat or meat based products at all included] but it all tasted the same i ended up colapsing under the pressure of the smell of a donar kebab :embar: i will try to give up meat again when i feel im ready to do it and stick to it forever, but i've never had any problems eating eggs if there free range.

Just let them be what they want to be.
You can't force them to not be the want you want them to be.

I do think it's wrong to treat animals in anyway that hurts them.

As for eating milk and eggs, these two things(among other thing) come from the animals naturally(and it actually hurts a cow if it is not milked) so I dont see how it is wrong to eat these things.

I do feel it is wrong to put animals in bad conditions though.

I've actually considered becoming a vegan, but haven't actually done it. Like when i'm eating a chicken breast, i'm thinking to myself, i'm actually eating a chicken's breast.

yea but chicken tit is so god damn good! I honestly don't know how anyone can live without eating meat. Except fish. Fish sucks, and shouldn't be classified as anywhere near meat, unless fried.

They don't eat animals nor eggs because eggs could have been a baby chick. It is their beliefs, respect it but don't be afraid to question it.

If egg is unfertilized there is no possible way it could be a baby chick. I am not questioning it i am actually trying to understand it.
