Briefly explain the trade: The purchase of Runescape virtual GP.
How they scammed: I contacted him throught the MSN he provided discussed the sale of GP agreed on price world ect gave him the money over paypal bank verified he said he had recieved the exact amount with in MSN screen shots incoming. He never showed up ignored me on MSN has not contacted me since will not reply.

Will provide more i just contacted him and he says he has refunded it, he has done no such thing i can provide another screen shot of my recieved and the payment details.
Hope this does not happen to anyone else thanks for your time.

 

Post the pic where he says he refunded and then a pic of your paypal.
