MrPeekah scammed me

MrPeekah agreed to do 50-90 range for me for 25m. I have given him 12.5m and alot of shit has happened. The first time he logged into my acc he "somehow" lost my amulet of ranging and 50k bone bolts. Then he got it up one level and logged off for around 36 hours. I thought my acc secuirty was is danger so i changed the password. He then decided that he was going to cancel my order about 1 day later. When i told him i would report him he decided to train my acc again. So i was excited to see a day later he had gotten my range up to 61! but what else did i notice? He had gotten 2 def on the acc! When i confronted him about it he said " You have logged into your acc for a second time i am cancling the order". If he doest pay me back my 12.5m i will be very upset.
