@Viking Pre-report to deal with a situation

I hope this is the correct situation, please move if it is not.

I will keep it simple:

1) I sold 2 runescape oldschool accounts to @Viking, the next day the accounts were locked.
2) We spoke and I asked him to provide me with proof/account details before/after refund so I can see what went wrong/verify him saying it was locked/banned.
3) I blocked him on discord due to him not being co-operative hence why I am making this thread to seek the best decision.

You didn't even tell me the email switching did not work (I haven't played runescape in a long time so I'm unsure as to how the system does things/never really sold accounts before) I will give you a refund, send me your paypal details.

 

The email switching worked, but when you recover an account it switches emails... If he wants to refund Ill provide a mod with proof of funds on the account (sensitive info).
