Briefly explain the trade: He told me he declined the trade, because he wants $15 CAD (he told me to send it with USD, so his fault). And he has fake vouches.

How they scammed: Fake vouches and Paypal didn't refund me.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Look at his profile and MSN logs.
