Other relevant trade screenshots: I am seeking a refund because I was not able to access the account as of the day of this posting. I bought this account under the impression that the seller was the original owner and that it was his Ex-HCIM, which was in the posting and verified in Discord messages. I was told that I would be given lifetime warranty and assistance as well. My initial concerns started when he reached back out to me and asked if I want to sell the account back on August 10th, 2021. My concerns became a reality as I am now locked out of the account. If possible, I would like additional compensation on top of the $600.00 USD because of all of the time and work I spent in upgrading the account under false impressions.

I will and won't let you down. My customers are my highest priority and I feel very bad for Ryan! I can promise this action wasn't done by me but I have to have some chats to figure out what happend.

 

Small update on me and Ryan's part:

And yes. I did ask him to resell the account because I might have had a new buyer for the account if it was for the right price. Ryan did want to sell the account back to me on August 12th with giving me 20% of the Sale. After that he didn't respond and now he is telling me the account is hacked while I gave him all the recovery details such as membership codes, IP and previous passwords (I will provide screenshots if needed).

To get one thing out of the way. I can't check whether Ryan is right or wrong about the loss of his account. But from my perception I have never recovered the account, and don't have any purpose of risking my reputation on sythe while I'm trying to work my way up with vouches. I really do have concerns that someone is setting me up. That's why I want to get this figured out.

P.s. {MOD} edit my comment if there is sensitive information in it, i do care about privacy for Ryan but want to be clear and transparent as possible.

Following the claim of me wanting to sell the account back, I only entertained it because I got really concerned about the integrity of the account when I was asked to sell it months after. I was beginning to think that there were multiple owners of this account. However, in the end, I decided to keep it. imgur.com

Ultimately, the issue is that I do not have access to the account as of this morning. The account was initially sold to me under the impression that I was purchasing it from the original owner. I don't see any other resolution from this other than a refund because even if it were recovered, I do not have faith that something like this wouldn't happen again.

 

@WhyTfYouRyan Can you provide proof of the account being recovered please? An email, login screen, etc?

I just sent you a message because I did locate a password reset request as it includes sensitive information.

 

After reviewing all the evidence and talking to you both, I have to say I respect everyones honesty and forthrightness throughout. It's a breath of fresh air handling these reports.

With that said I have come to this verdict:

@Porrrrtyla You did in fact claim to be the OO of this account here when in actuality it was @Grazviux account. This user was banned for selling a hacked account here where the actual OO recovered it. It is not ok to claim to be OO of an account you actually aren't.

@WhyTfYouRyan is entitled to a full refund of the $600.00 he paid. However, we aren't going to issue you more than that like you requested in your OP @WhyTfYouRyan. You are entitled to what you paid and that is it.

@Porrrrtyla Please refund Ryan his $600 and let me know on this thread once it has been done so I may close this report and everyone can carry on with their lives.

Update: I am still awaiting a refund.

 

@Porrrrtyla hasn't made any progress paying this back. They can explain themselves in a dispute once Ryan is paid back.
