Mr_Block scammed/poor practices.

I bought a blast furnace alt, a few actually of @Mr_Block

I have been using these for botting and one got hit, went to check to appeal and noticed it has a had a previous ban Prior to sale to me (july)

I contacted Mr block to ask how we can proceed as his T&C's state that post purchase bans he's not resposnsible. But he's responsible for selling accounts and providing the sellers the right information.

Went into his discord to have a chat and has just ended with him kicking me.

Really poor practice and service, wanted to report it here to make others aware he's selling accounts he doesn't know the background to and wont take liability for his mistakes and even refund purchase price (a small amount of 25M)

We couldn't reach an agreement and he ended the ticket as apparently my attitude was bad.

I'd expect someone who tries to run a server/sales to be more mature and proffesional about this.

i am not responsible for any bans that occur after purchase, im sorry for your loss. however during the sale we did not talk about prior offenses. i confess that i was sloppy but due too the fact that there was no email set on the account, which is something you wanted i did not have the possibility to check prior offenses.
in short, there is nothing that needs further discussing here
if you wouldve checked the account right away perhaps we couldve done something different. but at this point there is nothing i can do

also i would appreciate it if you would post the entire conversation, instead of all the parts that make me look bad, thank you

this is also not the ticket where the sale took place, this was a couple of days ago. i do not have the transcripts of this chat

 

Thank you @Zora I've reached out to @Mr_Block to request the return of the 25M

 

I did not know you could check accounts that way.

But i don't really agree with this since the account is perm banned now, and i can't use it for anything anymore. Can we get a different solution for this?
Or will i just get banned if i don't refund

The account shouldve been checked after purchase before he got it perm banned. I said this in the ticket too because then i could just refund and take the account back. And now there is nothing to get back on my end.

 

The fact is, you still sold an account without letting the buyer know (me) previously about any offences.

99.9% Of the time, first ban is temporary, therefor I'd still have my account if this prior ban wasn't on there.

This is all very unprofessional and could've been sorted quicker and easier if you'd have just been co-operative.

Which yes i agree is sloppy. But now the account is completely gone which is not my fault. Im waiting on zaros reply before i proceed

 

@Zora it seems @Mr_Block needs to think about whether or not he's going to scam me, over 25M.

i do believe i am allowed to think it over. considering the fact that i have a outstanding DNT pardon appeal.

 

What's there to think about, You either owe me 25M or get banned for scamming. You have no option to think, Your only option is to pay what you owe.
