Mr.Upgrades° Scammed Me 9M

This is my second time being scammed . The other scumbag was banned from my report so I hope this one will be, too.

Mr. Upgrades° is selling RS account upgrades in this thread: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1181513

I gave him my details and we talked on MSN. We decided I would go first. In this image, he verifies he is Mr. Upgrades. I PMed him my details so there is no way anyone else could have my MSN (until now):

The trade was accepted, he now has my 9m:

I then try to log-in to my account and the password was changed. I quickly recovered my account with my email. NO upgrade was applied so he stole my 9m:

Mods, notice the last-logged-in IP address. I live in the US and you can see my address from my posts. That's not my IP address so there's solid proof he also logged-in to my account.
