Mr. Pie the account rental service scam

Mr Pie runs an account renting service.
I've been using it multiple times, but today about 30mins ago I got scammed.
It started when I all of sudden after a 700M Stake suddenly disconnected ONLY on that account.
When I try to log in agian, the password is changed, and after that I see him logging in on that account running to duel arena bank and logs out/swapping world.

I contact him via Discord and this is the answers:

He asked me litterly 20minutes before he disconnected me how long i wanna rent the account, I clearly say one hour, yet 20 mins later I'm disconnected and he refuses to give anything back.
And isn't it really weird how he actually admits that he's been changing the password even tho I have paid for the account for one hour?
You don't "forget" that I've paid for one hour, and even if it would've been half an hour I got disconnected 20 minutes after starting time.
He also says I violated his TOS by traveling to lumbridge.

Well I don't really care for a couple of pixels tbh but some other's who might get scammed might get really mad.

Don't use him!

I never got to logon to the account, I never ever gonna see that money agian.

How to Report a Scammer; Report Templates + Video Tutorial

You need to follow this layout and include the whole discord conversation start to finish and show how you got his discord and if it was from a thread you need to show the discord you spoke to matches the one given. Just to show it's not an impostor

Need to show any proof of gp being on the account whether this is in a video/pictures of duel wins or trades if you have them

Did you travel to lumbridge or do anything against his TOS? Even if you did doesn't give him the right to seize your bank

He's clearly acknowledged that he gave you the wrong time I highly doubt someone could accidentally change a password after half an hour when I'm assuming his common rental time is an hour? If this is the case how can he be so strict about his tos when he can't even have good timekeeping

Edit: He also liked this post and veng's and hasn't commented himself which is a odd judging by previous threads he is always quick to defend himself

Do what sj said and make your own report. We don't need you here just posting accusations. If you have proof file a report.

I'm currently at school so I'll leave this for another mod to handle/or i will when I'm back.

 

@mr pie Care to explain why you kicked him off early?
I've added a DNT for the meanwhile since this isn't the first time there's been a complaint.

 

I could not find him @ Duel Arena or the Grand Exchange so I had to do something about it. @Chloe

 

That's not really a solid reason, you didn't even PM him on Discord and ask what was up?

 

I do not remember if I asked him or not. I do not have the chat logs.

 

How don't you have the chatlogs? Log into Discord?

He didn't.
He didn't even mention that I violated his Terms until after he moved the account.

 

My options are limited when people violate my Tos. Found him @ Lumbridge. I have no idea as to what he was doing there.

 

Let me put it out like this:

I go in a stake with 700M, I win that stake and I get booted off.

IF I would've been violating the terms (that I didn't even accept by the way) how come that you knew the exact second when to boot me off?
How come that you boot me off after I just won that stake?
Someone must've had watched after me @ the arena?

 

You are describing something completely unrealistic.

You think I reported you for fun?
The only thing that's unrealistic is you trying to accuse me of being in Lumbridge when you logged into the account afterwards @ duel arena and hopped worlds the second you saw my account.

Tell me why did you change password after 20 minutes saying "Oh I didn't know"
"thought it was 30minutes" you said NOTHING about violating your tos until you logged in and moved it.

 

I got confused because I thought it was someone else on that staker.

 

@mr pie Yeah I have hard time believing that when you just told me you booted me of because I violated the terms, that tells me YOU DID know who was on the account.
And now you're saying you was confused about who was on the account?
Wanna make up your mind?

 

Yea. I thought it was someone else initially until I realised that was someone else renting for 30 minutes.

 

Now that sounds unrealistic.
You don't just boot down someone, what if I would've been in a stake or anything?
Is this the service you're offering your customers? The chance of being booted because you can't keep track of accounts?
Yeah, right.

 

@Tibor do you have proof of funds on the account? If so, Mr Pie will need to repay you otherwise he will be banned.

I'm not buying this story at all and he kicked you off early, not the first time either.

 

I have never kicked anyone off early without Tos violation.
