Reporting NBD16

Hey I need a mod to look into this matter, ive tried to contact Azie and Superman earlier regarding this before it escalated to this extent but to no avail, firstly I was hired by NBD16 to get him 55-75 range with no hp xp, however when calculating I made an error forgetting that it could only be cannoned hence the price I charged could barely pay for the supplies, I contacted him immediately and told him that I made a mistake with the price and that the levels I had gained already for him was free (5 levels) and he doesn't need to pay back for the supplies, but I wouldn't be able to complete it for that price, however because I made a 15m deposit to him (which was to ensure I don't mess up the account) he tried to take advantage of the situation saying if I want to forfeit the agreement I need to take his account to 68 range at my own expense (with no pay) to get back my deposit......

Trying to be fair and reasonable I decided to finish the account for him, but I told him I wouldn't be able to make the time frame since I waited an entire day for his response on the issue mentioned above concerning the mistake, and also because I would be using knives until 63 hp as suggested by him which would drastically decreased the xp/h.

Today I contacted him, telling him that the free membership offered by jagex is up and he should bond the account as agreed so I could continue working on the account however he demanded that I do it, I refused and told him we agreed that he'll pay for the bond and that ill be contacting a mod if he continues to act in this manner, he then changed the account password saying that I wont be getting back by deposit nor being paid for my supplies nor levels I gained. (currently at 63)

So I hope this could be looked into soon, and I can get back my deposit and compensated for my supplies and the work I put into the account, thanks.

 

why others that posted after me issues have been dealt with and mine hasn't yet?

 

To all staff members. I told this user if he doesn't complete the task within 96 hours he won't be paid and his deposit will be kept for simply wasting my time, he agreed to the rules.

I told him that he would be paid for a bond after the service was complete. ACCIDENTALLY I said 12th June, baring in mind this was at 5AM and I hadn't slept, the second time I said this to the user I said I'll pay for the bond on 12th June, when I meant "You pay for the bond on the 12th June".

He's trying to use an accidental message to be in his favour.

This user is expecting me to return his money because he calculated the supplies cost wrong, that is not my issue and he knew the rules and accepted them.

Baring in mind I have exams, I am in a stressed position. The 15m 07 GP is to stop people wasting my time, I want this done in 4 days and yes, I bargained saying if you got my account to a higher level I'd return your deposit. This is because the 15m 07 covers time wasters, if you say you'll complete in 4 days and you take 10 days, would I refund you a deposit if the time frame you agreed on was 4 days?

 

"Any bans/change in stats besides range and HP to a max of 63 will mean no payment/no refund of deposit. Also, if you don't do it in the given time frame from when I send the acc info over then it's down to me to pay for the service/refund you the deposit"

Your excuse is that you calculated the supplies wrong, you said okay when I said if you had money to buy the bond which I'd have paid for after you completed the service. The reason for this is I've had people in the past contact me, use a bond and fuck with accounts and not do the task, wasting 3m of my money. This is the reason for a deposit and the reason I ask for supplies + a bond paid for.

 

Who are you and why are you posting irrelevant comments in a thread that involves me. If my rules clearly state you must do it within that time frame, then you must do it within that time frame. There's reasons behind the time frame which I don't need to discuss to anyone.

Don't back a user up, I told him I'd pay MORE GP (12m to 15m 07 I think it was) AND said he can knife to 64 HP instead of using a cannon all the way as I felt sorry that he'd not taken into account the prices of cannonballs.

In any instance where a service owner has made a miscalculation or "didn't take into account" the prices of supplies in the quote/realised how expensive cannonballs is NOT my fault whatsoever.

The deposit is given to stop people wasting my time and in case they mess up other stats. It's not my fault whatsoever that he didn't calculate the supplies properly, that was COMPLETELY his fault and I am in no way, shape or form held liable for that.

I have many important exams right now, the amount of time spent trying to talk to OP and ensure everything goes right was hours. He fully agreed to the rules that the stats should be 75 range in 96 hours. The criteria has not been met and therefore his deposit has been lost.

I don't have time to waste, time is money. The reason as I've mentioned for other non-trusted users supplying their own goods + a bond is because I don't trust anyone with low vouches. I am not going to waste 5m freely, money doesn't grow on trees so why would I risk losing money.

@Menno When I offered him the services for free it was at level 60 range (5 levels gained) but since he demanded that I continued I gained a further 3 levels, and because I couldn't complete the pack because of the fact that he didn't provide the bond on the 12th as he agreed to, I'm requesting compensation for the 8 levels I gained.
He didn't put any bond on the account, so there wasn't any "wasted" bond, also along with the 15m deposit, I also transferred 5m onto the account, some of which was used, and some were still on the account when he seized it.... so please re-evaluate that amount needed to be paid to me.

@NBD16 if you're gonna make stupid claims show: (1) where it was agreed that the deposit also included if I fell behind time and
(2) where we agreed that ill be paid "after the 12th" for the bond.

 

@NBD16 I got you 8 levels and deposited 5m onto your account, you also didn't buy any bond so I believe he needs to re-evaluate.

You'll need to return the deposit(15m 07) to Marcell, he didn't ruin your account and trained it, it was a simple miscalculation.
Also the service was for 12m 07 - So if we divide that by 20 you'll get 600k 07 per level.
He trained 8 levels that is 4.8m 07.

I'm not paying for any levelling up because I needed 75 in a 96 hour period, that was my terms of services which he agreed to. If the service is not complete on time then I owe him nothing. He'll be refunded 12.2M 07 GP, that's all like Menno said.

So its his fault not mine, and I'm seeking to reclaim my 15m deposit, my 5m I placed onto his account along with payment for the 8 levels.
N.B Throughout this package he never incurred any loss, not for bond nor any supplies.
