I loved that game

 

As did I. I already knew they were making a second one pretty much, and one of my friends already told me most of this info... I don't know if he guessed or got it somewhere...

 

The first game (I own it on PS3) was a flawed masterpiece. The gameplay was fun, but it was too damn repetitive. Going through a bunch of the same shit over and over nine times throughout the game got boring as hell. I heard there was some new info in the new GameInformer

I agree that the first one got repetitive and i found it got boring incredibly quickly.

Maybe this new one will be heaps better though.

Yeah i noticed it too. That picture is almost 100% Confirmed to be the next Game Informer cover.

He has the blades on both hands, so I'd imagine it would look a bit odd with the same missing fingers

Also, that vid was a teaser on the official AC2 website (http://assassinscreed.uk.ubi.com/assassins-creed-2/teaser/). Interesting note, if you put Assassins Creed 2 in Google, the official website comes up as 'ANIMUS'.

I read that a second one was confirmed right after the first one was released, lol. The ending of the first was too much of a cliffhanger.

Hopefully the sequal wont be as repetitive

 

But it is not based in Japan like most people thought though.Unless somehow they are going to incorporate Da Vinci in Japan. Or this teaser is bullshit.

But on the walls at the end of the game if you decode some of the messages it says an Island's name near Japan or something that was supposedly sunken, like Atlantis. So that got a lot of people thinking. Idk, guess we'll have to see.

 

The first one was sick, hopefull second will be masterpiece. Ok, can anyone tell when Duke Nukem Forever comes out? XD

 

I actually never played the game, I wasn't aware it was available for 360- I though it was one of those one system types of games. If all of you claim it to be this decent it might be worth my $60.

What were some of the special features of the game?

 

You just get to be stealthy and go kill people silently, do amazing acrobatics to climb on walls, swing off of things, jump off of walls, climb, and stuff like that. The main point of the game is to assassinate 9 "bosses". You can do this silently or just go strait out with your sword and kill all the soldiers and eventually the boss. Silent is more fun though. You have to actually pay attention to the gameplay to do this accurately though.

Um, I wouln't say pay $60 for it since it came out a while ago. You can probally find it for $40. It has a great storyline and gameplay, the only problem is it gets pretty repetitive.

The potential is there but they just screwed the first one up

 

I picked up the first one on Day One at Fry's for $40.

By the way, on PS3 (not sure about 360), the game is Greatest Hits, which means it would be $30.
