    Ice Burst Spot??
    Hey, I'm training my magic and I am going to be casting ice bursts...anyone know any really good places to hit a bunch of npcs?

    um the monkey island with melee prayer in the cave is prob pretty good ppl use that with the red w\e's for range so why not use it for magic.

    try the npcs at the fight pit place
    or portals at pc in a noob world
    or cw
    you can always pk just bring an acient staff runes food and a p pot
