Mousekeys for blackjacking?

I cannot seem to set them up since windows 10.

Can someone post a screenshot of what works for them like this:

My problem isn't getting mousekeys to work. I am having problems getting it to jump down perfectly to "knock-out" and "pickpocket".

ohhhhhhh, If it's a 3 option NPC i don't think mousekeys will work properly, instead use AHK (auto hot key)

using it right now, break it at every line with numpad. 123 to knock out 456 to pickpocket

When I last did it on my main, it worked perfectly. I got from 45-80 thieving no problem doing it. I just can't seem to get it to work now. This was a long time ago though.

I tried doing mousekeys on dropping salamanders for when doing hunter. Couldn't find a way nor figure out on my own a way to make it go to the third option on an NPC. If you ever figure it out let me know, would make doing hunter much easier for me!


edit: According to the RSWiki it states

The cursor jump distance can be adjusted by changing the top speed in mouse keys settings

So try upping the top speed and see if it'll work for you
