Motorola Devour on AT&T?

I recently acquired a Motorola Devour from a friend of mine, as he got the new Droid X. This phone is originally a Verizon Wireless phone. Is there any kind of jailbreak or unlock I could apply to it that would allow it to run on my AT&T network? I'm currently stuck with a crappy phone, and would like really to swap it out for this beautiful device.

Any help is appreciated.
